Watch it the way it came out. Marvel wrote every film assuming you'd already seen what dropped before it, so the reveals, the post-credits scenes, and the slow build of the villains all land the way they were meant to. Best for a first run.
Watch it in the order the story actually happens in-universe, from the 1940s forward. Great for a rewatch, or if you already know the twists and want to see how the whole saga clicks together. Just know the modern stretch is genuinely debated.
